Production Bases

Bangpu currently has four production bases: carbide inserts production base, solid carbide tool production base, precision machining production base in Chengdu city, and indexable tool production base in Yibin City. Among them, the headquarter is located in Chengdu Intelligent Manufacturing Development Demonstration Zone-the western zone of High-tech District, covering a total area of 23 acres, with a production workshop area of 11,000 square meters, covering laboratories, testing rooms, etc.

Chengdu Bangpu has completed a fixed asset investment of over 200 million yuan, equipped with the most high-end production and manufacturing equipment for each process, and has built a complete CNC blade and tool production line that reaches an internationally advanced level. The mold workshop is equipped with GF Agiecharmiiles EDM machines, slow-feeding wire-cut machines, GF high-speed milling, and coordinate grinding to ensure the mold accuracy reach the highest standard; BP-25 closed cycle spray drying tower is used in granulation process to ensure the mixture is even and reliable; The forming process is equipped with Oswalder and Dorst CNC presses to ensure stable and consistent compaction of the billet; The grinding process is equipped with STAHLI double end grinding machine, EWAG peripheral grinding machine, and AGATHON peripheral grinding machine to ensure that the grinding products meet the most stringent accuracy requirements of customers; The production line has been equipped with five axis machining centers such as DMU60P from German DMG Mori, S33-APC from Japan Markino, and Hermle C600 from German, ensuring the products leading level in China; CVD adopts Swiss IONBOND coating furnace, while PVD adopts Swiss PLATIT coating furnace; The testing equipment includes LEICA metallographic microscope, ZOLLER tool tester, ZEISS coordinate tester, etc., ensuring that every product meets quality standards. In 2018, the company was listed as a demonstration point for the intelligent manufacturing comprehensive standardization and new mode application project by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
